The human resource development function has become a critical element in the organization’s efforts to implement state-of-the-art management practices. The course allows students to acquire a variety of skills related to the human resource development process. Topics include: needs analysis, theories of adult learning, program design and implementation, program evaluation, orientation, career development, and management development.
