This course is designed to expose the student to necessary and critical issues in the areas of facility management. Specifically, this course was designed to provide the future sport manager with the necessary skills to run a high profile facility and/or sport-related facility. Topical areas such as sport-specific planning, organizing, controlling and evaluation (managerial) functions will be presented. A current review of the best practices in the sporting industry will be applied to enhance the already quality curriculum in place.
