Focuses on some of the major issues in the world of professional sport in Canada and the United States. Topics to be discussed include: anti-trust and the various methods of restraining trade in professional sport; the draft, team operations; league operations, including the role of league commissioner/president; collective bargaining and the development of player associations; torts; and taxation.
