RLST-2336EL – Religious Themes in Literature I

Examines the manner in which literature addresses themes that are central to religious thought, such as evil, death, love, guilt, freedom and salvation. The course explores the religious dimension of selected works of ancient, medieval and early modern literature. May count as 3 credits in English.
