This course introduces students to the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzche through a study of selections from key texts. The major themes of Nietzche’s philosophy, including the will to power, the overman, and the eternal return is examined. Nietzsche’s philosophy is situated in its historical context. (lec 3) cr 3.
