In this course, students will refine their technical skills in canoe tripping as well as more elaborate safety procedures for short and long trip planning. The course addresses the proper caring for clients while on canoe trips which may last from 300 to 500 km. Students are eligible for ORCA Level II Canoe Tripping Certification. PREREQ: PHED 3116. (exp) cr 3. Students may not retain credit for both PHED 4116 and PHED 4119.
