This nursing practice experience will provide the opportunity to develop professional caring practice with individuals and families at various stages of the lifecycle with an emphasis on health assessment. The experience takes place in healthcare settings and focuses on chronic health challenges. Learning experiences are designed to promote the integration and consolidation of new and prior learning.
