This course is designed to introduce students to the theory and practice of union/management collective bargaining. The formulation of bargaining strategies and tactics, and contract language development will be explored through an intensive collective bargaining simulation exercise. (lec 3) cr 3. PREREQ: LBST 1006/1007 or permission of instructor. Students may not retain credit for both SOCI 3906 and LBST 4056.
