This course proposes the advanced reading and translation of long excerpts from one or two ancient Greek works. Students will also analyse passages from the grammatical, literary and historical points of view. The authors and genre (historical prose, epic poetry, etc.) will vary from year to year. PREREQ: GREC 4336 and GREC 4337 or equivalent. (lec 4) cr 3.
