This course is a continuation of GERO 3016 and introduces students to skills necessary for working with seniors. Such skills include interpersonal communication, dealing with behavioural concerns, case assessment, program evaluation, proposal/report writing and how to promote gerontology. PREREQ: GERO 3016.
