GEOG-3236EL – Geographic Perspectives on Urban Systems

This course examines the urbanization process and the aggregate characteristics of cities and their roles in the spatial organization of regions and national territories. Special attention is given to the evolution of the North American urban system and related policy issues. (lec 3) cr 3. Students may not retain credit for both GEOG 3236 and GEOG 3206.
