This course examines the relationship between human activities and climate. Topics include climate classification, bioclimatology, alternate energy sources, urban heat islands, and climate and global change. PREREQ: GEOG 2126 or permission of the instructor. (lec 3) cr 3. Students may not retain credit for both GEOG 3126 and GEOG 3107 (Applied Climatology).
