GEOG-2147EL – Biogeography I

This course focuses on the geography of life, on the patterns of plants, animals and other life forms and their interactions with the physical world (such as climate and soils). The course covers various biogeographical issues such as the impacts of biological invaders and the role of human activities on habitats. There is normally a field work component. (lec 3) cr 3. Students may not retain credit for both GEOG 2147 and GEOG 3115.
