This course is a study (in translation) of selected works of various Western literatures that have influenced English literature. It is designed particularly for English literature students and those with an interest in European literature. A selection of works from classical antiquity to the Renaissance is covered. (lec 2, sem 1) cr 3. Students may not retain credit for both ENGL 2606 and ENGL 2106.
