This course introduces data structures and their associated algorithms. Topics include pointers, dynamic memory, stacks, queues, linked lists, and searching and sorting algorithms. Analysis of time and space requirements will also be discussed for the above algorithms. PREREQ: COSC 1047 and COSC/MATH 1056 or permission of the department.
