This course will explore the current search for fulfillment and transcendence through examining new spiritual trends in Canada such as New Age Religion, Eastern Transcendentalism, Neo-Paganism (Aboriginal, Wiccan and Celtic), Alternate Medical Therapies, and Implicit Spirituality (as found in work, sport, political activism and psychedelic culture).
